Japanese Plate

You will need:

  • 220 g Brown rice
  • 2 avocados
  • 200 g marinated red radish
  • 2 little cucumbers
  • 10 ml soy sauce
  • Nori seaweed

You will do:

Rinse the rice. Peel, remove the kernel and roughly mince the avocados. Detail the cucumber into strips. Tear the seaweed. Bring one liter of salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the rice, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook 10 to 15 minutes until tender. Drain. Distribute the rice in the center of each plate, then arrange avocado, cucumber and radish separately all around. Cover the rice with a fillet of soy sauce and sprinkle the Nori seaweed.
