Grilled Almonds

(for 6 persons)

You will need:

  • 320 g almonds
  • A small bunch of thyme
  • 20 ml coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

You will do:

Leaf thyme. Melt the coconut oil. Swell the chia seeds in 3 tablespoons of water for 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180C. Mix almonds, thyme, chilli and a teaspoon of salt. Pour the oil and chia seeds. Spread on a sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, until the almonds are golden, turning every 10 to 15 minutes. Cool slightly.
