A smoothie for Inflammation

This smoothie is rich in choline which will help you with sleep, muscle movement, learning, and memory. It will also help the transmission of nerve impulses and the reduction of chronic inflammation.

What you need to make it:

Handful of Blueberry

1 Banana

Handful of Red Grapes

2 Bok Choy
